Ya, sadly I'm not going to Anime Expo this year. One, my work is being swamped with people coming in so I can't really get a day off, two, we're getting a new manager, and three, I don't have very much money and am actually trying to save money right now. I want to try to do something to get more money as well, so maybe I should dig out my polymer clay or something, I need to figure it out. Plus I'm helping dad work on the fence by scraping and painting it and will get paid when it's done. I don't like doing it but I'm desperate for money. Why? I really want to save to move out and hopefully to Alabama. I can't get anything here in California, and because some of my coworkers are doing so lousy, there are no raises this year, and I only get 8.24 an hour, so I cannot even afford to get and drive a car, and when my medical insurance runs out because I'm on my dad's and have graduated college, I will REALLY be SOL.

He doesn't want me to move though, but I cannot stay in California, there's no work, my family won't help me drive by getting me a car or paying insurance (I cannot afford it on my salary), and California just sucks ass anyway. >< I want to go back where everyone was nice and I could for sure get a job there and things are way cheaper, plus I get to be back with my boyfriend and his family.

Ugh, why do things have to keep being so hard even after getting a degree and everything? It's like life doesn't want me to succeed.... ._.
